Ordering
We take orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
•Order by phone anytime. answer phone service available. Orders also taken by email.
Delivery Policy: We run a local delivery service using our own vans on Wednesday and Friday around many parts of South Devon. Please see deliverery areas below, to see when we are in your area. Our vans normally start delivering from 5.30pm onwards up to 9pm in the summer months and we try to deliver 1 hour earlIer in the winter months. There is a small charge 0f £10 to help towards the cost of this service.
Delivery Area's
Tuesday Evening: Ivybridge, South Brent, Buckfastleigh,Ashburton,Liverton, Bovey Tracy and Chudleigh
Wenesday Evenings: Kenford, Kenton, Starcross, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Shaldon and Bishopsteignton.
Thursday Evening: Abbotskerswell,Totnes, Stock Gaberal, Brixham, Paignton, Torquay
Friday Evenings: Newton Abbot, Kingsteignton and Kingskerswell.
How to pay:
Payment can be made by credit card by phone when ordering.
Returns Policy: All returns to be notified to APS Direct by phone within 24 hrs of delivery Whereby we will if necessary make arrangements to have the goods picked up and a Refund sent out. Please keep goods frozen and make goods available for collection when the driver arrives.
Privacy Policy: As with all shopping websites, I collect information from you when you shop with us. We use this information to ensure we give you the best possible service, and we may also email you news and offers.
The information we hold is:
Your name, and if necessary the name of the person to whom your order will be made
•Your address, and the addresses you choose to have our products delivered to
•Your email address
•Your telephone number
•Your previous orders
•Any email correspondence we have with you. If you would not like us to send you our promotional emails and special offers please email stop to our email address trev@butchertrev.com and we will take you of our mailing list.
We do not make and have never made any of our mailing lists available to any individuals, companies or organisations outside of butchertrev.com.
